However, a few months ago, faced with some changes and unsure of what to do, I had the idea of simply opening the shows for the guys and they were kindly up for it! I didn't want to tour in my own rite this autumn, as I have followed that pattern for a long time and felt like a rest and a change. Touring with the guys will keep me playing but without the pressure of full tour duties, and, after the rather brutal schedule of recent years, that is something I could do with right now. I'm actually really looking forward to the whole experience and aim to keep the guys on their toes!
